Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote the company’s products, services, and real estate offerings.
• Follow up consistently on leads generated through advertisements, social media, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective communication, persuasion, and follow-up.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and weekly sales targets assigned by management.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure all leads are properly followed up until conversion or closure.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products, properties, or investment opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments, property inspections, and meetings for prospective clients where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM / ERP system.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, conversions, and progress toward assigned targets.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to maximize lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive approach when communicating with customers and represent the company positively at all times.

Performance Expectations

• Meet assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain consistent daily call and follow-up activities.
• Demonstrate strong lead-to-customer conversion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Submit required sales and performance reports within stipulated deadlines.

Salary
N140,000 / month.
