- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field. A Master’s degree or other professional certificates is an advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in hospitality or real estate industries. Experience in a reputable industry is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation, training, and development.
- Possess good working relations and network in the Human Resource industry.
