About the Project

We are building a large-scale UK property intelligence database containing millions of residential property records.

The role involves researching properties currently or previously advertised for sale in the UK, particularly properties that have been on the market for 6+ months, and identifying the correct full property address where the address is not clearly displayed on the listing. We will provide you details of where to find the listings.

The Role

As a UK Property Researcher, you will be responsible for:

• Researching UK residential property listings.
• Identifying properties that meet the required criteria.
• Finding the complete and accurate property address.
• Investigating property brochures, PDFs, photographs, floorplans and other publicly available information.
• Using Google Search, Google Maps, Google Street View, Rightmove and other property portals.
• Checking estate agent websites and other publicly available sources.
• Verifying the address before submitting it.

Information Required for Each Property

You will only need to submit:

• Full property address
• Property listing URL
• Current asking price

Important: Accuracy Is Critical

DO NOT GUESS AN ADDRESS.

Every address submitted must be properly researched and independently verified.

Incomplete, incorrect, duplicate or unverified addresses will not count towards your performance.

Anyone who repeatedly submits inaccurate or unverified information, or deliberately fabricates addresses, will be removed from the project and may be banned from future research assignments.

Performance Expectations

• This is a full-time, target-driven position.
• Minimum expected output:
• 100 successfully researched properties per day
• 700 successfully researched properties per week
• Researchers who consistently produce higher volumes while maintaining excellent accuracy will be prioritised for:
• Additional cities and towns
• Larger geographic territories
• Higher research volumes
• Longer-term opportunities

Laptop Requirement — Mandatory

• You must have your own laptop or computer to perform this role.
• A smartphone alone is not sufficient for this position.
• You will need a reliable laptop with:
• Stable internet access
• Google Chrome or another modern web browser
• Ability to work with multiple browser tabs
• Ability to use Google Maps and Google Street View
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and online documents
• Ability to view property brochures and PDF documents
• You are responsible for having reliable internet access and a working laptop throughout the role.

Training & Induction

• Successful candidates will receive live induction training before beginning the main assignment.
• Training will demonstrate the complete research process, including:
• How to identify qualifying properties
• How to determine how long a property has been listed
• How to find addresses that are not displayed on the main listing
• How to locate and use property brochures
• How to use property photographs and floorplans
• How to use Google Maps and Street View
• How to cross-reference property information
• How to verify addresses
• How to submit completed research correctly
• You will be expected to follow the research process exactly.

• Highly accurate and detail-oriented
• Fast at online research
• Comfortable conducting repetitive, high-volume research
• Confident using Google Search
• Comfortable using Google Maps and Street View
• Comfortable using Rightmove and property websites
• Able to work with spreadsheets
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable spending several hours each day conducting online research
• In possession of a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Previous experience in online research, data entry, property research, lead generation or virtual assistance is an advantage, but not essential.

Long-Term Opportunity

• This is intended to be an ongoing research operation.
• The objective is to build a database containing 5+ million UK property records.
• Researchers who consistently demonstrate high accuracy, speed and reliability will have opportunities to take on additional cities, towns and larger territories.
