Responsibilities
- Drive sales & meet targets.
- Acquire new customers.
- Generate orders.
- Manage territories & customer accounts.
- Build repeat sales.
- Conduct product pitches & negotiations.
- Maintain sales reports.
Key KPI
- Acquire 10–20 new active customers monthly and maintain strong repeat orders.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. is preferred.
- 2+ years FMCG/B2B/Field Sales experience.
- Proven target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.
- Customer-focused.
- Territory management skills.
- CRM/Excel/WhatsApp Business knowledge.
- Experience in sales of Tobacco, Alcohol & Spirits is very essential
- Both Male & Female Candidates can apply.
- Age Limit: 25–35 Years.

Salary and Benefits
- N150,000 monthly, Plus Performance-Based.
