Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods to designated locations.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report any faults.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned truck.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Keep accurate trip logs and delivery documentation.
- Must be familiar with Delta State routes and surrounding environs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (appropriate class for truck driving).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience driving heavy-duty trucks.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to keep accurate delivery and vehicle records.
- Physically fit and responsible.
- Must reside in Asaba or be willing to relocate.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with minimal supervision.
