Site Manager

Job Requirements
- Supervise artisans, contractors, and laborers daily - masons, electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc.
- Interpret architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings on site.
- Ensure work follows the project plan, timeline, and approved specs.
- Coordinate material delivery and verify quantities/quality on arrival.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years supervising building/renovation sites. Restaurant/hospitality setup is a plus.
- Technical: Ability to read basic building drawings + understand BOQ.
- Soft skills: Leadership, problem-solving, good communication, honest, punctual.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
