Lead Generation Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
- Offer Creation: Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.
- Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.
- Coordination: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND with 2 years experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast-evolving marketing landscape.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
