Job Summary
- Beautiful Beginning Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Principal to provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
- Oversee teaching, learning, and academic standards
- Supervise, motivate, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
- Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum
- Monitor students’ academic progress, discipline, welfare, and development
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and high-performing school environment
- Drive continuous school improvement and academic excellence
- Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure policies are implemented effectively
- Work closely with management to achieve the school’s goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in teaching, school leadership, or educational administration
- TRCN certification is an added advantage
- Proven leadership and staff-management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Passion for quality education and child development.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 monthly, depending on experience and suitability.
