Client Expererience Executive

Responsibilities
- Developing strategies to raise the customer pool, expand outlet traffic, and optimise profitability.
- Meeting the outlet’s goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain the condition of outstanding outlets and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (e.g., complaints, grievances).
- Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies for existing/ potential customers.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven successful experience as a retail Sales rep, Store Supervisor, Marketing Executive, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
- Leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
