We are seeking a motivated and results-driven business development specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in lead generation, email marketing, and cold-calling with strong persuasive skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 net Monthly (Open to Negotiation)
