Warehouse Manager (RM/PM Warehouse)

Job Summary
- Lucky Fibres Limited (Lush Hair) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to takeoperational ownership of our Raw Material and Packaging Material (RM/PM) warehouse in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Ensure physical stock reconciles to ERP/SAP records at all times; run daily, weekly andmonthly reconciliations and close every variance.
- Plan and supervise receiving, storage, put-away and issuance of materials toproduction.
- Guarantee uninterrupted material availability to production and timely issuanceagainst the production plan.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO discipline and manage damaged, obsolete and slow-movinginventory.
- Lead, coach and hold accountable a team of supervisors, operators and support staff.
- Own accurate and timely ERP transaction posting and all warehouse documentation.
- Drive HSE compliance, 5S standards and closure of audit findings.
- Control warehouse operating costs, losses and wastage, and safeguard warehouseassets.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Sciences or a related discipline.
- 3 – 5 years' experience in warehouse and inventory management within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable experience supervising a warehouse team.
- Hands-on ERP capability — you must personally post goods receipts, transfers andissues. SAP MM/WM strongly preferred.
- Proven track record on inventory accuracy, cycle counting and variance investigation.
- Working knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, HSE and 5S practice.
- Resident on the Ikorodu / Ikorodu Road / Lagos Mainland axis, or willing to relocate.
