Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients.
• Provide wound care, injections, and other nursing interventions.
• Respond promptly to patients' needs and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Document nursing observations, treatments, and patient responses.
• Prepare and submit nursing reports as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Report incidents, hazards, and safety concerns promptly.
• Work closely with doctors, pharmacists, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Support junior nursing staff and nursing assistants when required.
• Maintain a valid nursing license and professional registration.
• Participate in training, workshops, and continuous professional development programs.
• Stay updated on current nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
