Job title : SPA Director

- Create, maintain and oversee a marketable and profitable Spa business while meeting/exceeding financial goals
- Leads a Corporate Spa team of 2 and Regional Field team
- Monitor quality of service in F&B outlets
- Ensure sign off of all Service Standards by Position competencies for Rooms division managers
- Prepare annual budgets for all departments within the Spa
- Prepare annual budgets for the Spa
- The ability to interview and select job applicants effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluations for Spa employees
- Direct overall operations of the fitness, pool, and spa facilities, including short and long range strategic planning so that the business operates cost effectively and efficiently
- Lead the Spa in establishing and executing departmental goals
- Ensure the spa, fitness and pool facilities are in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness)
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-8 years experience.
Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,200,000 / Month.
