- Perform land and construction surveys, including topographic, boundary, and property surveys.
- Use GPS, Total Stations, and other advanced surveying tools to collect accurate data.
- Analyze survey data and create precise maps, reports, and documentation for projects.
- Ensure all survey work complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to provide accurate survey information.
- Conduct field surveys in various environments and prepare necessary legal descriptions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in surveying tools and software like GPS, GIS, Total Stations, and CAD.
- In-depth knowledge of land surveying principles, laws, and regulations
- Ability to produce accurate maps, survey reports, and legal documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data interpretation.
- Ability to work in the field under varying conditions and produce timely results.
