Requirements
Candidate for this category MUST possess the following:
- Candidates should possess a First School leaving Certificate
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (WAEC/GCE/NECO/NABTEB) with (4) credits obtained at one sitting or (5) credits at not more than two sittings inclusive of English language and Mathematics
- Trade Test I, II & III is mandatory
Eligible Trades/Crafts
- Driver/Mechanic (light duty vehicle drivers)
- Driver/Mechanic (heavy duty vehicle/Truck drivers)
- Plumber
- Electrician
- Uniform Tailor (paramilitary)
- Day & Night Security Guard
- Other relevant craft/trade
Other Requirements:
Applicants should:
- Be of Delta State origin
- Be of good character
- Possess a valid local government area of origin
- Be medically and physically fit (medical report)
- Be of good character and have no criminal record or belong to any cult
- Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate (for graduate positions)
- All candidates seeking graduate positions must be computer literate
- Shortlisted female applicants who are pregnant MUST produce pregnancy test certificate from a Government Hospital
- Age limit (16 – 40 years)
