a. Manage and provide the human resources requirement for the entire company to ensure adequacy in commercial, supply chain and support services demands. b. Source qualified personnel and organize interviews for intakes into all required positions that may be required by any department of the business c. Maintain the personnel information and data in related files to ensure comprehensive information of all staff are available for reference at all times. d. Provide and manage administrative tools for all company officials to ensure delivery of expected business objectives and targets. e. Manage and monitor the corporate and technical training program of the company to ensure personnel development which directly contributes to the continuous improvement of the organization f. Develop and maintain the company organization structure to achieve effective and robust personnel placement at all times. g. Develop strategies for corporate responsibility that will ensure the organization conduct its business within its operational sites without hindrance from concerned communities h. Coordinate development of the corporate vision and mission statements and ensure adequate communication to entire staff for institutionalization. i. Coordinate the development and cascade of overall company objectives to the key members of staff for awareness, and as tools for development of measurable appraisal indicators. j. Develop the payroll system and ensure compliance to statutory deduction while working with the finance department to ensure company operates within required budget.
