Store Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards across 6 retail stores .
• Conduct regular visits to each store to inspect and improve product presentation and visual standards.
• Plan and implement attractive product displays that maximise customer attention and support sales.
• Ensure all stores consistently follow approved brand guidelines, layouts and merchandising standards.
• Develop and maintain window displays, promotional areas, product zones and point-of-sale displays.
• Coordinate the implementation of new product launches, seasonal displays and promotional campaigns across all six stores.
• Ensure products are correctly positioned, properly displayed, well organised and adequately priced.
• Identify opportunities to improve store layouts and product positioning based on customer behaviour and sales performance.
• Work closely with Store Managers and retail teams to ensure effective execution of visual merchandising standards.
• Train and guide store teams on proper product presentation and visual merchandising practices.
• Conduct regular merchandising audits and provide feedback and corrective actions to store teams.
• Monitor competitors' store displays and identify relevant visual merchandising trends and opportunities.
• Ensure promotional materials, signage, fixtures and other merchandising assets are properly installed and maintained.
• Take and submit photographic reports of store displays and merchandising execution.
• Track merchandising activities across the six stores and provide regular reports to management.
• Support retail activations, promotional campaigns and in-store events when required.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and customer experience across all assigned stores.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, Art & Design, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Store Operations or a related role.
• Experience managing visual merchandising across multiple retail locations is highly desirable.
• Experience in fashion, consumer electronics, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle or other retail environments is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of store layout, product placement and retail display techniques.
• Excellent creative and aesthetic sense with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain consistent visual standards across multiple locations.
• Good understanding of how visual merchandising influences customer experience and sales.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple Store Managers and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design/visual merchandising tools is an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel regularly between the 6 assigned stores.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
