Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join a well establish courier and interstate passenger transport business. The ideal candidate must have a strong network of existing corporate clients and proven experience in the passenger transport, logistics, and courier industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for interstate passenger transport and courier services.
- Leverage an existing client base to drive immediate revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Work closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a courier, logistics, or interstate passenger transport company.
- Must have an existing portfolio of active clients and strong industry contacts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the courier, logistics, and interstate transport market.
