- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Civil, or Telecommunications) or a related technical field.
- 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure operations, maintenance planning, or technical reporting (ideally within the telecommunications industry).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data visualization).
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to interpret schematic diagrams, technical logs, and field data.
- Soft Skills: Excellent technical writing and cross-team communication skills.
