Evaluate loan applications and assess applicants financial situations.
Determine loan eligibilty and recommend appropriate loan products.
Manage loan disbursement,collections, and repayment schedules.
Provide financial advice and support to clients
Maintain accurate records and documtation.
Collaborate with team members to achieve loan portfolio targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in the Microfinance sector.
Strong understanding of loan origination and management processes
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
