Admin Officer

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient administrative systems
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and official documents
- Support HR functions (onboarding, documentation, leave management)
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of OND Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years relevant experience as an Admin Officer or Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic HR and office management practices is an advantage
