Job Summary
- Savalor HR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company for the role of Senior Medical Sales Representative (SMSR).
- We are seeking experienced, results-driven professionals with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive territory growth.
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Execute territory coverage plans and product presentations effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and excellent customer service.
- Comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand reputation at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–7 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience managing hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professional accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
