Full-Stack / Backend Developer â Core Banking Platform

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack / Backend Developer to manage and develop our financial technology and core banking systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications.
- Manage databases, APIs, transactions, wallets, and financial integrations.
- Maintain system security, performance, and reliability.
- Integrate banking, payment, KYC, and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage production environments.
- Develop new features and improve existing systems.
Required Skills
- Laravel / PHP
- Flutter / Dart
- REST API development and integration
- MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Git and version control
- Server and cloud management
- Authentication and application security
- Experience with fintech or banking systems is an advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience .
- Strong backend development experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage an existing production system.
- Good understanding of financial transactions and secure application development.
Work Model
- Hybrid
- Monday and Wednesday work in ikeja office.
- While other days, you work from home.
