Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Officer

Role Summary

• Drive customer acquisition and onboarding activities; explain ATRAS products and processes; support documentation, qualification, registration, and follow-up; and maintain accurate customer records.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma / ND or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development, onboarding, or related work.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work to targets and maintain professional customer relationships.

Other Requirements:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
• All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.

Employment Terms

• This postion is intended as full-time employment 
• Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
• Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
