IRS Teacher

Job Description

• Design and deliver interactive, learner-focused lessons that cater to the varying abilities and needs of students.
• Employ modern and creative teaching approaches that foster analytical thinking, innovation, and curiosity.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and record student performance using tests, classwork, assignments, and constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and stakeholders to support the academic and personal growth of students.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined, safe, and engaging classroom environment that enhances effective learning.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• A Bachelor’s Degree IRS, Arabic or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Between 2 and 10 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Possession of TRCN certification is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver effective and result-oriented lessons.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
