Social Media Manager

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and online brand growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our social media platforms, growing our online community, and driving patient engagement through impactful digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the hospital's goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Design and coordinate educational, promotional, and awareness campaigns for hospital services.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and online inquiries while maintaining the hospital's professional image.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other departments to create informative healthcare content.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Protect and maintain the hospital's online reputation by monitoring reviews and public feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years experience managing social media for a healthcare organization, corporate brand, or digital agency.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, and other social media management tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
