Job Summary

• Back Pouch By Providha: We are looking for a mixologist that will design, craft, and developinnovative cocktail recipes while managing our bar operations, focusing heavily on ingredient research, flavor pairings, and high-end presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Recipe Creation: Designing unique, signature craft cocktails and rotating seasonal drink menus.
• Drink Preparation: Accurately mixing and garnishing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, ordering spirits and fresh produce, and minimizing waste.
• Staff Training: Educating bar and floor staff on new drink profiles, ingredients, and service standards.
• Guest Relations: Interacting with patrons, explaining drink origins, and tailoring recommendations to individual tastes.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications: Formal training in mixology
• Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy items like kegs or cases of liquor.
• Creativity: Ability to invent new flavor combinations and modern presentation techniques.
• Deep Knowledge: Extensive understanding of spirits, wine, flavor science, and cocktail history.
