Job Summary 

  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to oversee food preparation, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality meals in line with menu standards
  • Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations
  • Monitor food inventory and place supply orders when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Minimize food wastage and manage kitchen costs effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment
  • Strong knowledge of local and continental cuisines
  • Excellent culinary and food presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Culinary certification is an added advantage.
