Responsibilities
- Supervise tutors and ensure they teach according to the approved curriculum.
- Monitor practical sessions and students' progress.
- Ensure classes start and end on time.
- Evaluate tutors' performance and provide feedback.
- Monitor the administrative department to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Manage academic administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with the academy's curriculum and academic standards.
Requirements
- Educational qualification: NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), M.Ed., or M.Sc. (Ed.).
- Should be open to full-time, onsite work.
