- To lead and manage a minimum portfolio of 15 Financial Service Advisor to achieve the objectives set in the annual sales plan.
- Providing training and support to the Financial Service Advisor.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing of Insurance products.
- Minimum of First Degree BSC/BA/HND/ND
- Must be CIIN Proficiency certified.
REMUNERATION
*Fixed Pay and Variable Allowance and Commissions and Override commissions.LOCATION - LAGOS
