Sales/ Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales/ Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You must be passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and be proactive in meeting customer needs and company goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, or promotional events as required.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a professional and persuasive demeanor.
