Executive Driver

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule trips for Company Top Management, ensuring timely and efficient transportation arrangements.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational functionality of assigned vehicle(s) at all times.
• Provide professional, respectful, and effective communication with passengers, management, and other stakeholders.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing assigned duties.
• Provide limited personal assistance and concierge support when required.
• Maintain an impeccable personal appearance, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
• Exhibit a calm, courteous, discreet, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
• Ensure the security and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle, keeping it clean, fueled, and in excellent operating condition.
• Ensure passenger safety by strictly adhering to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving standards.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns.
• Perform long-distance travel and occasional weekend duties as required by operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of a relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of professional driving experience in Nigeria, with excellent knowledge of road networks and routes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be physically fit and in good health to meet job demands, including extended working hours and long-distance travel.
• Ability to pass required background checks and verification processes.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism.
