Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash, POS, transfer, and other customer payments.
- Accurately record all sales transactions and issue receipts.
- Balance cash and POS transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and payments.
- Assist customers with payment-related enquiries.
- Ensure the cash register and work area are kept clean and organized.
- Report any discrepancies in cash or transactions to the supervisor.
- Support other front-office or store activities when required.
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to operate POS terminals and handle cash accurately.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and honesty.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Mushin, Lagos must resides around papa ajao, Ladipo and mushin environs.
