- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare journals, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Follow up on overdue payments and debt recovery.
- Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
- Reconcile inventory records with accounting records.
- Monitor stock movements and valuation.
- Prepare daily cash position reports.
