Job Summary
- The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling banking products like loans, accounts, and deposits.
- This target-driven role requires deep knowledge of financial services and strong networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Find prospective clients through market visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Product Promotion: Explain banking products and cross-sell services (loans, savings, and investments) to new and existing customers.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing client communication, handle objections, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Assist clients with account opening while following bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and report local market trends to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or HND in a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services. Previous experience or direct banking sales is a major advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
- Work Style: High level of integrity, independence, and comfort in a performance-driven environment.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
