Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and technically sound Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of Quantity Surveying principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and material costing.
• Support project cost monitoring and preparation of cost reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Assist in preparing quotations, valuations, and payment documentation.
• Monitor materials and quantities used on site.
• Support the QS team in ensuring projects remain within budget.
• Carry out site measurements and inspections as required.

Requirements

• Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of construction measurement and costing.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant QS tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with figures.
• Must be willing to work both in the office and on construction sites.
• Proactive, hardworking, teachable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
