About the position:

Bilingual Project Analyst - (French/English) 

Remote

40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday, 10 pm to 6am PHT

Job Description: 

In this role, you will coordinate schedules, issues, communications, and meetings for a project team. It will be your role to ensure the project framework is well-organized and running smoothly. This can include communicating with internal departments, and external stakeholders and being highly organized to keep project work on time and of high quality. Project Analysts can expect career paths to Support, QA, Implementation, Client Success, and more!

What You'll Do:

• Proficient in English and French (oral and written).

• Attend meetings related to various projects and software implementations; take minutes from meetings to keep accurate records of project progress.
  

• Monitor project progress and create status reports for Project Managers (PMs), Implementation Managers (IMs) and intended stakeholders .
  

• Configure the VidCruiter platform to incorporate customer customization requirements.

• Assist the team in completing reports, ad-hoc projects, and any other tasks requested by the management.

• Compose communications for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  

• Organize and maintain a database of relevant client information.
  

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

• Act as quality assurance for your team's implementation products

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

What We're Looking For:

• New graduates in Administration, Business, Programming, QA, or other relevant fields are welcome to apply! Relevant work experience considered in lieu of education.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

• Must have a functional computer (Laptop or Desktop).
  

• Access to a stable internet connection.
  

• Must be available to work Monday to Friday,10pm to 6am PHT.
