Job title : Senior Merchandizer

ROLE OVERVIEW

• You’ll be responsible for product visibility, shelf management, and brand representation in retail outlets across the Western region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked and priced in stores
• Monitor stock levels and report gaps
• Build good relationships with store managers
• Submit daily/weekly merchandising reports
• Supervise and coordinate a team of merchandizers
• Manage key accounts and resolve store issues
• Drive sales targets and promo execution
• Report market trends and competitor activities

REQUIREMENTS

• OND/ HND/BSc. 3-5 years merchandising/field sales experience.
• Team leadership experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be resident in the Western region
• Smart, presentable, and self-driven
• Android phone for reporting
