About the Role
- We are seeking an organized and dependable Storekeeper to manage inventory and materials in our syringe production facility.
- This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, proper storage, and timely distribution of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
- Issue raw materials and components to production departments as required.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medical - grade materials.
- Conduct routine stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, HND & BSC.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong organizational and record - keeping skills.
- Ability to work with inventory management systems / software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
