Recruitment specialist

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. You will manage the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. Your main goal is to find, attract, and hire top talent that matches our company culture and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and staffing needs. Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks. Write and post engaging job advertisements on various job boards. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication. Extend job offers and assist with the initial onboarding paperwork. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate hiring data. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist. Sourcing tools: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards. Software skills: Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and managers. Time management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple open roles.
