Role: Social Media Manager
Our client is currently hiring a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s digital presence across all social media platforms, while ensuring consistent brand storytelling and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Manage daily page activities, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Assist in developing content ideas and writing engaging captions aligned with brand direction
- Track engagement metrics and prepare simple performance reports
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with the content and design team to execute campaigns effectively
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend improvements to content strategy
- Support coverage and promotion of events, products, and resort activities
Requirements
Requirements:
- 4–5 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
- Basic video editing and content creation skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
