The company produces its own farm products and is positioning itself as a premium organic food brand , while also leveraging its resort business for lifestyle and travel experiences.

Role: Social Media Manager

Our client is currently hiring a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s digital presence across all social media platforms, while ensuring consistent brand storytelling and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Manage daily page activities, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Assist in developing content ideas and writing engaging captions aligned with brand direction
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare simple performance reports
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to execute campaigns effectively
  • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend improvements to content strategy
  • Support coverage and promotion of events, products, and resort activities

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
  • Basic video editing and content creation skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
