- We are seeking a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Person to promote and sell the company’s products/services, maintain good customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, good customer service attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products/services to customers
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure proper product display and presentation where applicable
- Follow up on customer payments and deliveries
- Represent the company positively at all times
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification
- Additional sales or marketing certifications will be an advantage
Experience:
- 1–2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Experience in factory, retail, or manufacturing sales is an added advantage
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
- Good problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Other Requirements:
- Must be honest, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Must have a good attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Must be punctual and disciplined
- Knowledge of local market environment is an added advantage
- Ability to speak English clearly; additional local languages are an advantage.
