THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Generating leads and converting prospects into customers
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Promoting a diverse range of products and solutions
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
- Expanding your customer portfolio and driving business growth

Fixed monthly salary: ₦70,000 + applicable commissions and performance incentives.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have relevant experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or relationship management
- Have a proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Are confident in prospecting, pitching and closing sales
- Have strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Are self-motivated, resilient and results-oriented
- Are comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
- Possess a minimum of HND/Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Insurance, Real Estate, Telecoms, FMCG, Retail, Direct Sales or other target-driven industries is an advantage.
