Work Arrangement: On-site on weekdays, with occasional event or weekend work.
Compensation: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000
Job Overview
Help a Lagos drinks producer make ready-to-drink cocktails and alcohol-free drinks consistently and safely. You’ll lead a team of 5, organise daily production and oversee order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Set the production schedule and assign daily tasks to the team.
- Follow approved recipes and SOPs across both drink lines.
- Check batches and stop or rework drinks that miss standards.
- Keep production clean, safe and on schedule.
- Give clear instructions and apply feedback without repeated reminders.
- Handle outgoing orders and stock management
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience
- 1+ year leading food or beverage production
- Recipe and SOP compliance
- Batch quality judgment
- Team delegation
- Clear spoken and written communication
- Secondary school completion and strong literacy
- Food or beverage production leadership
- Recipe and SOP adherence across alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink lines
- Batch quality checks and rework decisions
- Production hygiene and safety practices
- Daily production scheduling and team assignments
- Reading and writing production instructions
