The Role

We are hiring a Salesperson in Lagos to grow sales across distributors, open markets, supermarkets, restaurants and food manufacturers.

You will:

Find and win new customers, and open new outlets and territories

• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Run sales meetings and product presentations
• Negotiate pricing and terms, and manage customer credit within company policy
• Work with operations and logistics so orders are delivered on time
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
• Keep accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
• Support promotions and represent TPV Foods at trade events

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B or field sales experience, ideally in food, FMCG or ingredients
• A track record of hitting sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic sales tracking
• Understanding of distribution and supply chains
• Knowledge of food safety and NAFDAC requirements is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) preferred, equivalent experience considered
