Senior Architect

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural project delivery, technical coordination, and construction supervision.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience managing projects from design development through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert concept designs into detailed technical drawings and coordinate project documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage contractors, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
- Chair site meetings and prepare project reports.
- Prepare as-built drawings and snag lists.
- Lead project teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Registered with NIA and ARCON.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
- 6–10 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in architectural project leadership and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical detailing.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 / month.
