Senior Treasury Analyst

About the role
- The Senior Treasury Analyst will support the company’s cross-border payment operations by managing FX rates, liquidity, settlements, treasury accounts, transaction reconciliation and provider relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and compare FX rates from liquidity partners, banks and other providers.
- Monitor liquidity and balances across accounts, currencies and payment corridors.
- Coordinate with providers and partners on rates, settlements, payment confirmations and transaction issues.
- Support cross-border transaction execution and ensure timely and accurate settlements.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and escalate delays or exceptions.
- Perform daily reconciliation of transactions, payments, balances, fees, rates and settlement confirmations.
- Maintain accurate treasury trackers, transaction logs, rate sheets and reconciliation records.
- Identify discrepancies, failed payments, delayed settlements and other operational issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure transactions are properly priced, documented and executed.
- Provide regular updates on liquidity, settlements, provider performance, transaction margins and operational risks.
Ideal Candidate
- Candidates should have strong experience in Treasury Operations, FX Operations, Payment Operations, Banking Operations, Fintech or related fields, with a good understanding of FX, cross-border payments, settlements, liquidity and reconciliation.
