Ad-Hoc Staff (6 Month Contract)

The Role
- You’ll support the branch team in serving customers, handling day-to-day front-office tasks, and promoting the bank’s products.
- This is a good opportunity to gain hands-on banking experience in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers and direct them to the right service point.
- Support account opening, documentation, and customer data capture.
- Explain the bank’s products and services clearly to customers.
- Support customer onboarding to digital channels (mobile app, USSD, cards).
- Prepare and update records and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Help resolve customer enquiries and escalate issues where needed.
- Support branch staff with other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: National Diploma (ND) with relevant experience.
- Age: not older than 26 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidate must be well-groomed and presentable.
- Candidate must possess strong verbal communication skills and communicate fluently.
- Candidate must be available and willing to commit to the 6-month ad hoc engagement.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
