Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Associate to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement, with creative ideas for improving employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Assist with employee relations by addressing staff concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
• Develop and implement creative employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance management, leave administration, and other HR operations.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve employee morale, retention, and workplace productivity.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Demonstrable employee engagement ideas and initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Must reside in Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas and be able to commute to the office daily.
