E-commerce Performance Media Buyer

Role Overview
- We are looking for a data-driven, creative-first E-commerce Media Buyer to scale our online store profitably.
- The ideal candidate will own the media buying strategy from end to end across our channels.
- You will not just manage budgets; you will analyze consumer behavior, drive the creative pipeline, and directly influence our bottom-line revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale daily paid campaigns profitably.
- Translate data into creative briefs for designers to build winning hooks and angles.
- ook beyond platform dashboards to monitor true MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), CAC, and LTV.
- Collaborate on landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO) and offer structures.
- Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, angles, hooks, and catalog feeds.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3+ years managing paid ads. Experience in e-commerce brands is an added advantage.
- Track record of managing monthly ad spend profitably.
- Deep expertise in platforms like Meta, TikTok e.t.c.
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and third-party attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
